After feeling like crap for the umpteenth time I’m instituting another vegan & low-intake of processed food rule again for about two months. I don’t know if this is ok but very little else has made me feel as clean/light in a while and I won’t ignore it. My only concern is that this really isn’t a sustainable option. I mean, is it legitimate to go through spurts of Veganism? Perhaps, perhaps I’ll find my way to a better middle grown in the future. I’ve already tapped into a healthier mind set, a more aware one. If I try it again, I may get closer to that goal that works best for me.
…Geez. Who knew I’d be doing that again.
