Information can be hard to find and I want to make sure you can locate what it is you are looking for without much difficulty.
The main page will show you the 3 most recent article updates posted at The Body Manifesto. If you click on the title of the article, it will open up to that page so that the information is presented in an expanded form.
The recipe page of course, lists recipes. I’ll try to get some healthy, easy-to-make ones in there.. I’ll try.
The diary page features the personal journal of the body manif-ista as it relates to issues at The Body Manifesto.
The comments section will give note up-to-date feedback and suggestions given to me by you! (Let me know what you think and what you’d like to hear more of!)

To view more than 3 articles at the time, click on the Archives tab or the RSS feed tab located at the top of the page and all of the articles will be presented to you. You can also scroll down to the bottom of the main page and click on which month you’d like to look out.
You can also search for articles by clicking on the different Categories option located at the bottom left of the page.
